Jodie Marsh has had her harassment charges dropped.
The 37-year-old star was arrested in June and faced charges for allegedly harassing her estranged husband James Placido over money she said was owed to her father.
Now, the former glamour model has taken to Twitter to share her excitement over the news that all charges against her have been dropped, and she will now no longer need to face a court hearing.
She wrote on the social media site on Friday night (28.10.16): "So you know I was arrested & charged with harassing my own husband for texting him about money he owes my dad……. ALL CHARGES NOW DROPPED
"Yep. That’s right. I won’t be going to court (which is a shame as I WANTED my texts to him to be read out). But I’m over the moon still
"I have faith in karma and I knew I would be ok, having actually done nothing wrong. He still owes my dad the money by the way (thousands)
"So now you know folks; if your partner owes you large sums of money, don’t text them more than twice as it’s classed as "harassment" (sic)"
And the beauty was quick to brand her lawyer Katie Armstrong as "incredible", and stated that her father would now be proceeding with his own lawsuit against James for the money he is allegedly owed.
Jodie tweeted: "So @Levyandco are Essex based & I could not recommend them highly enough. They have been wonderful throughout this process. Truly wonderful!
"My father will now continue to try to reclaim his money and has started his own legal proceedings against my soon to be ex husband.
"And as for me, I’m making an official complaint about Essex Police to the IPCC for the disgusting way in which they treated me throughout.
"And I have to say that I had THE BEST lawyer and law firm in the business @Levyandco and Katie Armstrong who is literally INCREDIBLE !!!
