Jess Impiazzi compares Ex On The Beach to a ‘brothel’

Jess Impiazzi felt pressured to have sex on screen for ‘Ex On The Beach’ and has compared the programme to a "brothel".
The 30-year-old star – who first appeared on the MTV reality show in 2015 – has claimed she "begged" bosses not to air footage of her having sex on the series.
Speaking on the BBC’s ‘Victoria Derbyshire’ programme, she said: "I cried my eyes out. I said, ‘Please don’t show this.’ "
After the footage was broadcast, Jess realised she had "signed [her] life away".
The star felt as though she was under pressure to "hook up with someone" during her second series on the show the following year.
Jess – who eventually quit the programme – revealed: "I had a producer say, ‘Lots of s***ging tonight please girls,’ and I thought, ‘I need to leave now.’
"You feel like you’re in a brothel. It made me feel really cheap … these were all random guys … we know what the show is about but I never said, ‘I will come on this show and behave in that way.’ "
However, Farah Sattaur – who has also appeared on ‘Ex On The Beach’ – insisted she had a positive experience.
She said: "Great cast members, great experience, going abroad, I love to travel. Your social media rockets. You can collaborate with different brands. You’re driving your career the way you want it to go."
And production company Whizz Kid Entertainment insisted its stars were made fully aware of the show’s nature.
A spokesman added: "Contributors are made fully aware of the nature of the programme before filming and we clearly highlight the impact of an increased public profile resulting from appearing in the show.
"Strict protocols around sex are in place to protect our cast."
