Jennifer Lopez’s daily meditation

Jennifer Lopez meditates each day.
The ‘On The Floor’ hitmaker has a hectic lifestyle balancing her music career and her two children – Max and Emme, eight – but finds peace in having her own time to herself.
She said: "Last year, I was doing all three things at that time. I took on meditation … 20 minutes a day in the morning and at night … was necessary. It was almost like my brain, for the first time in my life, felt like ‘Okay, you bit off more than you can chew.’
"I’ve always been a hard worker. To be at a point in my career where I’ve been in it for 20-something years and be getting the opportunities and me having a moment … where I get to, as an artist, do all the things that I love to do still and on the level that I’m doing them, all of it feels like such a blessing."
Meanwhile, the 46-year-old singer previously revealed she thinks she gets "better with age".
She explained: "When you first start in this business, you think, ‘This is going to run out’ or ‘It’s going to finish at a certain time’ or ‘If I reach a certain age I won’t be relevant.’
"I have found that I just get better and better with more experience and more life. I have more to give to what I do and that’s what I look forward to when creating this record."
