J.K. Rowling pocketed $95 million from her play book for ‘Harry Potter and the Cursed Child’, which sold 4.6 million copies worldwide and the stage show on London’s West End, which is impossible to get tickets to as it is fully booked well into 2018.
The flush author also gets money from the Universal Studios ‘Harry Potter Tour’ and the spin-off movie ‘Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them’.
