Irina Shayk is selling her New York condo for $3.9 million (£2.6 million).
The 29-year-old model, who is dating Hollywood actor Bradley Cooper, looks set to make a nice profit on the plush two-bedroom pad after splashing out $1.96 million on the Perry Street property back in 2010 when she was with superstar soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo.
According to the New York Observer, the shared listing describes the flat as a "seductive" space – but Irina is unlikely to be included.
One thing included in the abode is the wonderful 150ft walk-in closet, and she will no doubt be hoping to have a similar-sized one in her next apartment.
The condo also features spacious 12ft ceilings, oak flooring and a bathroom, plus an additional toilet space.
The Sports Illustrated cover girl’s decision to sell up has sparked speculation she could be looking for a place with 40-year-old Bradley.
If the brunette stunner does move in with the movie star, she will be leaving behind some stars of the big screen as her current duplex is close to the homes of actor Hugh Jackman, actress Julianne Moore and fellow model Karlie Kloss.
Irina and Bradley’s relationship was recently said to be "getting stronger" after they enjoyed a romantic holiday in Capri, Italy.
A source close to the pair – who started dating in May – said: "Bradley and Irina couldn’t be in a happier place in their relationship. They have gotten to know all of the little things about each other during this trip to Italy.
"Their attraction for each other just keeps on getting stronger and they always want to be in each other’s corner."
