Holly Willoughby’s cat is dead

Holly Willoughby’s cat has died.
The ‘This Morning’ presenter broke down in tears on the brunch time show on Monday (24.10.16) as she recalled the shock death of her beloved kitty Roxy over the weekend.
She explained: "We went to sleep and we left her and when we got up she had passed away in her sleep. There had been nothing wrong with her. It was a real shock for every body. She was a big part of the family, always been there for the kids."
Although she was heartbroken by the loss, the blonde beauty found it harder breaking the tragic news to her children Harry, seven, Belle, five, and Chester, two.
She said: "It was interesting breaking the news to them [the children]. For all of us, I think it was a very big life lesson. Belle was wailing, Harry was very quiet and didn’t really say a thing. But before bed he went, ‘I’ve been really brave today, I haven’t cried.’ And I said, ‘It’s OK, you don’t have to be brave.’ And then he went [started crying]."
And Holly wasn’t the only one to suffer a loss over the weekend as Ben Shephard – who is standing in for Phillip Schofield while he’s on holiday – was left devastated when his sons Jack, 11, and nine-year-old Sam’s rabbit was mauled by a fox.
He said: "We had some bad news last week as my sons’ rabbit was eaten by a fox."
As a result of their tragic losses, the pair have decided to put on a call in session for viewers as they understand pet bereavement is something that affects a lot of people.
Holly said:"I feel a bit silly saying it because it’s only a cat but it’s part of your family. We thought we’d have a phone in of this today because it affects so many people."
