Holly Willoughby breaks down in tears as she recieves BAFTA award

Holly Willoughby broke down in tears as she accepted a BAFTA award on behalf of ‘This Morning’ on Monday night (01.10.18).
The popular ITV show – which is hosted by Holly and Phillip Schofield – was given the award in recognition of three decades on the air, and Holly became visibly emotional as she delivered her acceptance speech at the BAFTA building in London.
She said: "To be stood up here holding a BAFTA for a show that you’re lucky enough to even be a part of is incredible.
"’This Morning’ has the best team and has done for 30 years. Everybody has said it’s something that has shaped their career and is something that stays with you.
"This show gives you something that no other show can I think.
"Whether it be friendship or skills in telly or whether it be whatever you take with you for the rest of time.
"I think this is very special and everyone should be very proud."
Holly – who was joined at the bash by Phil and former ‘This Morning’ hosts Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan – previously admitted she doesn’t know how she and Phil "got away" with presenting the show in a drunken state following the National Television Awards in 2016.
In fact, she’s shocked that no one on the show didn’t try to stop them from going on the air.
Holly – who joined ‘This Morning’ in 2009 – confessed: "I still to this day don’t know how we got away with it. I don’t know how we got away with it.
"I don’t know why someone didn’t stop us from going on air."
