Haylie Duff is ‘sad’ her daughter is turning one

Haylie Duff is "sad" her daughter is turning one-year-old.
The 31-year-old star – who welcomed Ryan, her first child with Matt Rosenberg, last May – says she is a "really emotional mother" and admits she is feeling pressure to have another child.
She said: "To be honest, I’m a really emotional mom. I’ve been updating the baby book, which I’ve been bad about doing because I just put it off for so long. I opened it and was like, ‘Oh, so I haven’t updated this since month two.’ I’ve been catching up a lot and looking back on a lot of things and it just goes by really fast.
"I’m also emotional about it because I feel like there’s pressure to have another one soon and that really scares me too. I’m not ready for that! It’s bittersweet. It’s so awesome to see them grow up and get these awesome little personalities, but then your baby is going away. It’s great and sad all at the same time."
And Haylie, whose sister is ‘Lizzie McGuire’ star Hilary Duff, has learned a lot since becoming a mother.
She added to PEOPLE magazine: "I think just learning love on a whole different level, learning your capacity to love. I think I hoped that I was going to be a good mom, but I didn’t think I was aware of how much I was going to care.
"That was something that really surprised me and how much you can accomplish in one day. All moms, whether you’re a mom of multiple kids, a stay-at-home mom or you’re a mom that works, you accomplish [so much] in one day. It’s crazy."
