Dating guru Lady Nadia Essex is furious with Gemma Collins for reuniting with her ex.
Gemma recently sparked speculation she has reconciled with her jailbird former boyfriend Stephen Mortimer but Nadia – who has been working to find Gemma a man on ‘Celebs Go Dating’ – is not impressed.
A source told MailOnline: "Nadia was fuming to see Gemma with her jailbird ex over Valentine’s. Especially when her client Laurence [from Celebs Go Dating] bought her flowers and a heart shaped balloon which she posted online, indicating things were going well between them.
"This is a massive blow. Gemma promised a wedding at the end of this [season of Celebs Go Dating] and no-one expected it could be to her ex who she said she hated!"
Gemma is believed to have recently gotten back together with Stephen, who whisked her off on a romantic night out on Tuesday (13.02.18), ahead of Valentine’s Day.
Stephen – who was previously convicted of grievous bodily harm (GBH) before being locked up again in 2016 after stealing jewellery in a house raid – took Gemma to the Down Hall Hotel in Hertfordshire on Tuesday night, just in time for the romantic holiday on Wednesday (14.02.18).
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Stephen showered Gemma with sweet gestures, booking the best suite at the hotel and forking out for spa treatments.
"He treated her like a princess by getting her favourite wine in and giving her a heart-shaped balloon for the occasion. But as part of being on ‘Celebs Go Dating’, she needs to be seen as single and bosses wouldn’t be happy if they knew she was with Stephen again."
However, by Friday (16.02.18), Gemma was declaring she is single, sharing a post on Instagram declaring that she was spending the evening with her pal Harry Derbidge.
She wrote: "Friday night cuddles with my @mrharryderbidge just a single girl with all the gays perfect Friday night cuddles with ya bestie always the ONE people you can trust around you… (sic)."
