Frances Bean Cobain has filed for divorce from her husband.
The daughter of late Nirvana rocker Kurt Cobain and Hole singer Courtney Love has called time on her marriage to Isaiah Silva, 31, who she wed in June 2014, according to gossip website TMZ.
But the 23-year-old star has reportedly made it clear in the divorce papers that The Eeries musician shouldn’t try to get a hold of any of her late father’s estate, which is said to be worth around $450 million.
However, Frances is thought to have indicated in the divorce documents that she is willing to pay Isaiah spousal support.
The pair have been together for around five years but don’t have any kids.
Frances and her 51-year-old mother were previously estranged following a number of disputes but they have recently been spotted hanging out together.
Courtney is said to have only found out about Frances and Isaiah’s wedding after the pair tied the knot.
A source said at the time: "Courtney and Frances have had a strained relationship over the years, but after tons of fallouts they actually get on quite well now.
"Courtney is sad she wasn’t there but she totally understands that Frances is her own person and she’s happy to let her do her own thing. Plus, Isaiah is a really nice guy."
The raven-haired star gained access to a trust fund in August 2010 when she turned 18 which is said to have included 37 per cent of her late father’s estate, following his suicide in 1994 aged 27.
