‘Inbetweeners’ star Emily Atack’s new movie is "quite dark".
The blonde beauty – who played Charlotte Hinchcliffe in the hit television series – is working on a new film called ‘Lies We Tell’ that is miles away from the cheeky comedic genre she’s done previously.
Speaking to BANG Showbiz, she said: "It’s set in Bradford focusing on the Muslim community and it’s quite dark in places. It’s exciting and it’s a bit of a thriller. It’s got an amazing cast; I was very lucky to work on it and it should be really good! I haven’t seen it yet so I don’t know what it’s like."
The 26-year-old actress says her role in the upcoming thriller film is very different to working on the comedy show.
She said: "It’s quite different! I’m very lucky at the moment, I’m doing very different things all over the spectrum really but it’s always fun, as long as I’m having fun doing what I’m doing, I’m happy."
