Elton tied the knot with 54-year-old filmmaker David Furnish in 2014 after over 20 years together.
The ‘Tiny Dancer’ singer was previously married to German sound engineer Renate Blauel.
Elton came out as bisexual in 1976 but clarified that he was gay in 1988 after divorcing Renate.
Elton has decided to retire from touring to spend more quality time with his husband and their sons.
