Eleanor Tomlinson worried about Poldark cheating backlash

Eleanor Tomlinson is worried about fan backlash after her ‘Poldark’ character cheats on husband Ross.
The 25-year-old actress is "bracing" herself for outrage from fans during the upcoming third season of the popular BBC drama, when Demelza cheats on Ross (Aidan Turner) with hunky newcomer Hugh Armitage, played by Burberry model Josh Whitehouse, 27.
When asked if she knew about the controversial storyline ahead, she told The Sun: "I do. And it’s me. So I’m bracing myself.
"He pays Demelza some attention, which is nice. I’m not going to give anything away but I’m intrigued to see how the fans respond to it."
Meanwhile, Aidan, 33, recently disappointed fans of the popular drama, based on the novels of Winston Graham, by insisting that he won’t be stripping off this season.
The 33-year-old actor has set pulses racing for the past two instalments of the programme, by stripping off to flash his toned abs, but fans are in for disappointment this time around as he has admitted he’s asked bosses if he can keep his clothes on this year.
He said: "I think the clothes stay on this year.
"Maybe there is some topless sleeping, I can’t remember. The clothes come on and off so easily these days."
It’s not yet known if any more series are in the pipeline as of yet but Aidan previously revealed he would love to bring to life all 12 novels Winston penned from 1945 until 2002 to the small screen.
