Ed Sheeran to perform new track with guest at BRITs

Ed Sheeran is to debut a brand new song at the BRIT Awards on Wednesday (22.02.17) with a special guest.
The 26-year-old singer will drop two tracks on Friday (24.02.17) after his performance at the glitzy awards ceremony at London’s The O2 with fans getting to hear one of them for the first time on the night.
Appearing on BBC Radio One, he teased: "I’ve got two things dropping on Friday (24.02.17) that are pretty interesting. One that gets debuted at the BRITs, which I think nobody is expecting. I think it’ll be decent.
"I’ve managed to keep it secret up until now, which is good.
"But tomorrow night , I think we’re the penultimate act."
Ed has already unveiled ‘Shape of You’, ‘Castle on the Hill’ and ‘How Deep Is You Love?’ from his forthcoming album ‘Divide’, which is slated for release on March 3.
Meanwhile, later on in the chat with presenter Clara Amfo, he confessed that he would love to work with Rihanna.
The flame-haired hunk may have had a number one single with ‘Shape of You’ but he’d love the Bajan beauty to also record a version of it as he’s such a big fan of her work.
He said: "I’ve loved Rihanna since ‘Pom de Replay’ and I kind of still want her to do ‘Shape of You’, she can just have it, she can take it from me."
And when Clara suggested they do a remix together, he added: "I would love that, I think she’s great…
"She’s super fun too, every now and then you see Instagram photos of her doing really wild stuff she looks like she’s fun."
And the ‘Castle On the Hill’ hitmaker also revealed a surprising idea for a collaboration – pop duo and former ‘X Factor’ contestants Jedward, aka twin twins John and Edward Grimes.
He asked the presenter: Have you got Jedward coming in later? I’m really excited about that.
"You know they have one phone between them and when I had a phone, they’d text me and interrupt each other, like, ‘No John, he does not want to speak to you.’"
