The ‘One Dance’ hitmaker carried on with his stint in ‘Degrassi: The Next Generation’ until 2007 and he made sporadic appearances until his character graduated from the school depicted within the show. Overall, he appeared in 145 episodes.
He already showed signs of wanting to switch to music as in 2006, he was inspired by the likes of Jay Z to self-release his debut mixtape, ‘Room for Improvement’.
