David Foster doesn’t want to pay spousal support

David Foster has asked not to pay spousal support to Yolanda Hadid.
The couple split in December after nine years together, four of which they were married, and the music producer has now filed documents asking to terminate the ability of the court to award any financial support to the ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star.
And according to People, the documents also ask for Yolanda, 52, not to be responsible for paying any spousal support to 66-year-old David.
The reality TV star indicated when she filed for divorce in January that she was seeking spousal support and legal fees from her estranged husband.
Yolanda – who cited irreconcilable differences in her divorce filing – recently changed her surname back to her first marital name after a discussion with her three children, Gigi, 20, Bella, 19, and Anwar, 16, who she has with ex-spouse Mohamed.
Speaking about her decision, she said: "I talked about it with my kids. I never dropped the name Hadid because I have three children by that last name and I asked the kids, ‘Should I go back to van den Herik?’ and they said, ‘No. You’re our mommy and we have the same last name.’"
Meanwhile, the television personality previously claimed her Lyme Disease diagnosis changed the "dynamic" of her and David’s relationship.
She said: "We had a beautiful love story that I will treasure forever. Unfortunately, it was not strong enough to withstand the circumstances that came our way.
"Chronic, long-term illness is extremely challenging. Not only for the person sick but also for the caregiver. It for sure changed the dynamic of the relationship.
"The truth is that we both worked through the difficult time through the best of our ability, so rather than judging what went wrong, I pick to remember the great times that we shared the last nine years. There was a wealth of good times."
