Danielle Lloyd has sought legal action after a series of "slanderous" and "defamatory" remarks were made against her by stars in the ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ house.
The 33-year-old glamour model paid a visit to her lawyer on Wednesday (11.01.17) in order to seek advice after her husband Jamie O’Hara, whom she split from in 2014, detailed the financial agreement they have reached on national television.
Taking to her Instagram account, the brunette beauty uploaded a video of her new puppy Rocky sitting in her handbag accompanied with the subtle comment: "When you bring your puppy with visit your lawyer @shoosmithsgrads #slander #defermationofcharacter #respect #lies (sic)"
Danielle was granted a divorce from Jamie in December 2014 on the grounds of adultery after he allegedly cheated on her with another woman following a night out.
The buxom star – who has three sons Archie, six, Harry, five, and George, three, with Jamie – warned her former spouse not to discuss her while inside the abode.
But it didn’t take long for the footballer to forget the stern warning he was given as just a few days into his stint on the show he told Danielle’s long-time rival Nicola McLean – who is also taking part in the programme- about his financial situation after the split.
He told his housemates: "When I was with her, I was earning really good money and she kind of expected that to continue. I’m not on that money no more!"
Danielle’s decision to seek legal advice comes just hours after Nicola – who is married to Tom Williams – attempted to kiss Jamie during a boozy session in the garden.
The model was caught on camera flirting up a storm with the athlete but then spent the next day with a psychiatrist because she was so mortified by her behaviour.
