Courtney Stodden has set off her fire alarm after trying to cook a vegan hotdog.
The 22-year-old reality star took to Twitter on Wednesday (02.11.16) to share her embarrassment as she attempted to cook the soy based snack and caused her apartment building to start "freaking out".
She wrote on the social media website: "Tried cooking a vegan hotdog & the fire alarm went off in my apartment building. Everyone freaking out.
"I try to cook and the whole world falls down (sic)"
The former ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ contestant even received a reply from animal rights association PETA, who told her to "be careful" whilst cooking the vegan food.
They wrote: "@CourtneyStodden Be careful, girl! #VeganProbs (sic)"
Meanwhile, Courtney – who is married to 56-year-old actor Doug Hutchinson – has been struggling to come to terms with a miscarriage she suffered in July, just three months into her pregnancy.
A statement released at the time said: "It is with a heavy heart to inform you that last week Courtney Stodden suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage. Courtney and her husband, Doug, are at an emotional loss for words and are using this time to grieve with their close family and friends.
"Please respect their privacy as the couple try to cope with losing their precious baby and seek the support they both need."
And Courtney – who wed Doug in 2011 when she was just 16 – said in September she’s not sure if she’ll try for another child as she’s "still in the grieving process".
She said: "It’s hard to say another kid. Yeah, I suppose so. I’m still in the grieving process, so it’s hard for me to answer that question. But you know, you never know. I’m only 22, so I have a long time to think about that."
