Coronation Streets have WhatsApp group for gym motivation

Brooke Vincent and her ‘Coronation Street’ co-stars have a Whats App group to "motivate" each other into going to the gym.
The 26-year-old actress – who plays Sophie Webster on the ITV soap – works out with some of her fellow cobbles residents, and they like to arrange gym meet ups together by sending messages on the chat medium.
She said: "Fitness is a big part of my life. I go to the gym, Ultimate Performance in Manchester, with a few of the girls I work with on ‘Corrie’.
"We WhatsApp each other and have a group chat to motivate ourselves and meet there for an hour’s workout."
Brooke has been busy of late on set shooting her on-screen mum Sally Webster’s (Sally Dynevor) trial, but she still makes time to see her boyfriend, pro footballer Kean Bryan.
She said: "There’s lots on at ‘Corrie’ right now with my screen mum Sally’s trial, so I’ve been busy.
"After I leave the studios, I go home – I still live with my parents – and catch up with my boyfriend."
Brooke shed a stone when she competed on ‘Dancing on Ice’ earlier this year – on which she finished second – and admits the whole process had a "lasting impact" on her lifestyle.
Writing a guest column for Closer magazine, she added: "’Dancing on Ice’ really did make a long-lasting impact on me and my lifestyle.
"I’ve been a lot more productive since the show – when I finished it, I didn’t know what to do with myself and my extra energy.
"I was like, ‘Let’s get a dog! Let’s move house! Let’s re-decorate!’
"The show completely changed my outlook on life. It made me realise you can achieve anything if you put your mind to it."
Brooke’s comments come after she admitted her body has changed slightly since the show, as she realised when she recently sneezed and her flies flew down.
She said: "I had Sophie Webster’s jeans on the other day and I sneezed and my flies flew down, so maybe a little bit."
