Clive Owen has joined the cast of ‘Maggie’s Plan’.

The 49-year-old actor has signed on to star alongside Greta Gerwig and Julianne Moore in the romantic comedy, which will be directed by Rebecca Miller, according to Variety.com.

The ‘Children of Men’ star will play John who is captured in an unusual love triangle, based on the screenplay written by Miller from a story by Karen Rinaldi.

Rachael Horovitz, who was nominated for an Academy Award for ‘Moneyball’ in 2011, will share producer credits with Damon Cardasis and Miller, via Round Films and Specialty Films.

Filming is set to start in New York City later this year.
