Chrissy Teigen won’t ban daughter from fast food

Chrissy Teigen won’t "deprive" her daughter of fast food.
The 31-year-old model has 15-month-old daughter Luna with her husband John Legend, and has said that whilst she wants her tot to enjoy a "balanced" diet in the interest of staying healthy, she understands that unhealthy foods such as French fries are okay in moderation.
She said: "It’s hard sometimes because you want to find balance and there’s organic this, organic everything. She loves French fries, like, she’s a kid. I don’t want to deprive her. I don’t want her to not be able to eat French fries or not be able to enjoy a piece of candy. Everything is in balance."
And the youngster has already started to become a connoisseur of French fries, and has begun to experiment with different condiments.
Chrissy added to People magazine: "She’s just kind of learning about sauces so now with her French fries she looks around and knows there’s ketchup somewhere. I’m like, ‘You used to eat your French fries plain!’ Now she needs condiments."
Meanwhile, whilst her daughter might love chowing down on French fries, Chrissy recently revealed she favours indulgent scrambled eggs made with "heavy cream".
Her favourite way to eat the source of protein is to have them "slowly, slowly scrambled", mixed with thick cream instead of milk and seasoned well.
The style muse said: "I like my eggs slowly slowly scrambled with heavy cream, and salt and pepper. So good."
If Chrissy had to choose a food which described her personality, it would be "vanilla", but she wished she could liken herself to a "crazy" and exotic food item instead.
When asked to compare herself to a piece of food, the ‘Cravings: Recipes for All the Food You Want to Eat’ co-author said: "You know what’s funny is I want to say something crazy like bubble-gum, but I’m very simple. I like things very clean and organised. I think I’m vanilla, I’m not as bubble-gum as one would think."
