Cheryl Tweedy reportedly works out with her boyfriend Liam Payne.
The 34-year-old singer is believed to have decided to accompany her 24-year-old partner – with whom she has five-month-old son Bear – to the gym as not only does it mean she can stay in shape, but she also hopes the joint activity will help them "stay close as a couple".
A source said: "Cheryl totally looks up to Beyonce and loved seeing her at the gym with Jay Z. She immediately suggested a joint workout plan with Liam, as she thinks it’s an excellent way to not only keep fit, but to also stay close as a couple."
Although the pair’s busy work schedule means they are sometimes across different sides of the globe, they still keep one another updated about their fitness sessions.
The insider added to Heat magazine: "Cheryl’s been doing circuits and interval training at home and Liam’s been sticking to the regime while he’s away, and they keep each other updated with their progress.
"Cheryl is looking amazing right now and loves training together with Liam. She feels as though it brings them closer together, and she’s really grateful to Beyonce for giving her the inspiration."
And it isn’t just gym sessions that the cute couple indulge in as a pair, as they recently jetted off on a romantic holiday, and posted evidence of their trip on social media.
The former Girls Aloud singer uploaded a picture of her looking rather windswept whilst the ‘Strip That Down’ hitmaker flaunted his toned torso as they cuddled up together in a post shared on her Instagram Story, which lasts on the photo-sharing site for 24 hours.
The black and white still shot was then followed by a number of images of the brunette beauty on her own, including one of her donning a red patterned kimono as she sprawled out on a boat.
