Carol Vorderman burns bottom after naked run

Carol Vorderman once burnt her bottom after she stripped naked for a raunchy at-home workout on the treadmill.
The 55-year-old presenter worked up such a sweat on the running machine last year that she decided the only way to cool herself down would be to peel off her gym attire and continue in the nude, but things didn’t go to plan for the brunette beauty as she caught her foot and fell on her butt.
Speaking on a forthcoming episode of ‘Safeword’, which will hit screens on Thursday (16.06.16), Carol said: "It was last summer and I thought it’s about time I did a bit of fitness.
"I hate the gym so I got this treadmill and put it in an alcove in a room at home. I started running and you don’t half get hot, don’t you, when you’re running? Me being me I got off and thought, ‘I’ll just take my kit off and get back on again’
"I forgot that it was still running, got back on, I went like that (she acts falling), the belt was still going and I burned here (points to bum), here (points to legs) and all down my back."
Meanwhile, that wasn’t the only revelation making Carol turn red with embarrassment on the show as she was also left fearing for her career when Katherine Ryan took over the former ‘Countdown’ mathematician’s Twitter account and made out that she had a sex tape that was about to leak.
Katherine, pretending to be Carol, wrote: "Hey guys, just want to let you know, there might be a story in tomorrow’s papers about me #regretsfrommyyouth #vhs #betamax (sic)."
Carol was then forced to use her safe word on the show when she was bombarded with messages from concerned friends urging her to delete the tweet.
