Binky Felstead was warned she’d never shower again after giving birth

Binky Felstead was told she would never have time to shower when she became a mother.
The 27-year-old television personality gave birth to her first child India – who she has with her partner Josh ‘JP’ Patterson – on June 12 this year, and the star has revealed when she was pregnant she was warned she wouldn’t be able to make any time for herself, not even to wash.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, the ‘Made In Chelsea’ star said: "I make time for [myself and my beauty routine]. I was told when I got pregnant ‘Oh my god you’re not going to have time to have a shower, you are not going to have time to do this, that, or the other.’"
But the brunette beauty has ignored those comments and has made sure she has squeezed in some time to herself, because she thinks it is important mothers have that quiet time to themselves.
She added: "But I just made time for it. If they cry for a couple of minutes it’s not going to kill them you need to make sure you have that time."
And Binky – whose full name is Alexandra – will happily ask her mother Jane, who lives nearby, to babysit if she wants to clear her head by going to the gym in the morning.
The reality star – who has recently launched her debut baby and children’s range titled With Love From Binky with My 1st Years – said: "My mum lives down the road and I can’t stop her coming over and looking after her. I’m so lucky having her, and she will come and help if I want to go to the gym, which is so important for my head to go to the gym in the mornings, an hour out is all you need really."
