Billy Idol announces new Las Vegas residency

Billy Idol has announced a 10-date Las Vegas residency.
The ‘Rebel Yell’ hitmaker will rock the Las Vegas Palms Casino Resort between January 18, 2019 and October, 12.
Palms Casino Resort’s general manager, Jon Gray, said: "Billy Idol is an absolute icon in the music world – one of those artists that people of all ages around the world know the lyrics to every song. It’s an honor to have him back at The Pearl at the Palms.
"The Billy Idol Las Vegas residency perfectly complements the diverse range of musical acts we’re booking at the Pearl and we know these shows will resonate with our audience."
The show will see his long-time guitarist Steve Stevens join him for the performances spanning his solo career and his time in the band Generation X.
The punk rock legend – who is a regular in Vegas along with the likes of Celine Dion, Mariah Carey and Jennifer Lopez – previously staged the ‘Billy Idol: Forever’ residency at the House of Blues venue at the Mandalay Bay hotel and casino in Sin City in 2016.
Meanwhile, the ‘White Wedding’ hitmaker is releasing the LP ‘Vital Idol: Revitalized’ on September 28.
The record features 11 brand new remixes of Idol’s classic hits by the likes of Moby, Paul Oakenfold and The Crystal Method.

Tickets for ‘Billy Idol: Vegas 2019’ go on sale on Friday (21.09.18) from 10am from Live Nation and are price between $34.95 to $149.95, plus a booking fee.
