Adam Lambert’s fourth LP still ‘unfolding’

Adam Lambert probably won’t start working on his fourth LP until autumn.
The ‘For Your Entertainment’ hitmaker hasn’t got any concrete plans for his eagerly-anticipated follow-up to 2015’s ‘The Original High’, and is just starting to think about what direction he wants to take his sound in.
Asked what his ideas for the album are, he said: "The plan is still being concocted and is unfolding, so we don’t really know. It’s all kind of still spinning around.
"It’s only now that I’m starting to go, ‘Where do I want to go next, sound-wise?’ But I haven’t gotten close enough to the process yet. I think I’ll start working on stuff in the Fall."
The 34-year-old ‘American Idol’ alumni – who is gearing up to perform at this year’s Isle of Wight Festival with Queen in June – does know that he will be working with renowned producer Max Martin for the record.
He told Digital Spy: "He’s amazing. Max really gets me and we get along really well. I think he brings out the best in me vocally, which is good."
In the meantime, he is currently on his ‘Original High’ world tour, which wraps up on May 6 in Germany, before he starts the ‘Queen + Adam Lambert’ tour in Portugal on May 20.
