Kelly Clarkson got a new puppy for Valentine’s Day.
The pregnant ‘Since U Been Gone’ singer debuted the fluffy new brown pooch, Wyatt, on Twitter, with a picture of her cradling him in her arms.
She wrote: "Everyone ….this is our new little puppy Wyatt. He loves to be held like a baby, which is great practice for me."
Kelly, 31, was quick to point out he is no replacement for her beloved Joplin, who she lost last November.
She added in another tweet: "He can’t replace my Joplin that passed away but he’s pretty great! (sic)"
The singer’s husband, Brandon Blackstock, didn’t stop there, and lavished her with further Valentine’s Day surprises.
She added: "My husband is making me Valentine’s dinner & he set up massages 4 us both. Also, he took Valentine’s gifts 2 his kids @school. I love him 🙂 (sic)"
Kelly – who is expecting a baby girl – is stepmother to Brandon’s two children, Savannah, 12, and Seth, seven, from his first marriage to Melissa Ashworth.
She also recently told of her troubles with morning sickness, sharing on Twitter: "Ladies if you r pregnant & sick as a dog trust me when I say the one thing u will keep down might just be ‘baked potatoes’ #godblesspotatoes (sic)"
