Thom Evans "doesn’t want a relationship" as he plans to launch his acting career.
The former rugby player – who is currently starring in ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ – has previously denied reports that he’s dating his professional dance partner Iveta Lukosiute and now a source has revealed that the star is hoping to stay single as he attempts to break Hollywood.
An insider told Star magazine: "Thom is very fond of Iveta and of course he finds her attractive, but right now they’re keeping things very professional.
"After ‘Strictly’ Thom plans to move into acting and is hoping to pursue a career in Hollywood.
"He’s very focused and doesn’t want a relationship getting in the way of achieving his goals."
The 29-year-old sportsman was romantically linked to his dance partner after she spoke about how handsome he is.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror newspaper Iveta said: "He’s gorgeous. Will romance happen? I am one of those people who never says never."
However, Thom appeared to squash any chance of love after he told the Metro: "[Iveta]’s got an amazing personality off the dance floor. We get on really well – that’s it."
