The Only Way Is Essex stars for I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!

Four stars of ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ are fighting for a place in the ‘I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!’ jungle.

Gemma Collins, Jessica Wright, Ferne McCann and Chloe Sims are said to be desperate to follow in the footsteps of their former co-stars Joey Essex and Mark Wright – who both secured their own spin-off shows after taking part in the ITV reality series.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "It’s becoming really competitive between the TOWIE girls. They all really want to do it and are busy working away at their bikini bodies.

"Plus they’re excited about the prospect of getting their own show – like Mark and Joey."

Filming in the Australian jungle is set to kick off next month, when the current series of TOWIE will have come to an end, meaning all four beauties will be available to give living in the wild without any fake tan or hair extensions a shot.

Mark’s sister Jess – who is dating co-star Ricky Rayment – revealed earlier this year that she was more than up for the challenge of eating creepy crawlies and performing death-defying stunts.

She said at the time: "About a year ago, I couldn’t have done the jungle because I suffered from anxiety and I would have been a nervous wreck. But since then I’ve become such a different person and really strong, so I’d absolutely embrace the jungle and would love it."
