Cheryl Fernandez-Versini gets annoyed with "perfectionist" Simon Cowell’s late night phone calls.
The 31-year-old ‘X Factor’ judge revealed that her music mogul boss has been interrupting her beauty sleep with his incessant calls about staging.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror newspaper, Cheryl shared: "Simon likes to call you at three in the morning. He’s there thinking about the show, about pyrotechnics and all that, he’s a perfectionist."
The ‘Crazy Stupid Love’ singer – who lost two of her acts, Chloe-Jasmine Whichello and Stephanie Nala, on Sunday night’s (19.10.14) Results Show – also admitted that the stress of judging the ITV show has left her feeling worn out.
She said: "When I did the audition process, I sat in the chair and it was like nothing had changed. It was like four years had evaporated. When I came to the live shows I thought I was mentally prepared but when the audience gets going and you’re in the adrenalin-fuelled bubble your heart is pounding.
"I’m like: ‘This is all my responsibility now’. I wasn’t ready for that feeling, it’s very intense because you have people’s dreams on the line and their feelings. I go home and I can’t sleep."
To ease her stress levels, Cheryl joked that she would like to swap her seat next to Simon with fellow judge Louis Walsh because she’d rather sit with former Spice Girl, Mel B.
