MGK goes nu-metal on new single Fix Ur Face featuring Limp Bizkit legend Fred Durst

MGK has dropped his explosive new single Fix Ur Face – featuring Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst.

The full‑throttle collaboration pushes the rapper‑turned‑rocker further into the heavy, high‑impact sound he’s been honing in recent years.

Blending the grit of ’90s nu‑metal with Machine Gun Kelly’s modern alternative edge, the track marks one of his most aggressive releases to date.

The single arrived alongside a striking black‑and‑white video that made its broadcast debut on MTV Live, MTVU, and the Paramount Times Square billboards.

The visual, directed by longtime collaborator Sam Cahill, was filmed across multiple cities during mgk’s lost americana tour, including Berlin, Dublin, Düsseldorf, London, Prague, Cologne, Nashville and Los Angeles. It captures the chaos and closeness of life on the road — packed crowds, sweaty venues, and the constant blur between artist and audience.

The artist recorded the track with his trusted creative circle, including SlimXX, BazeXX, RookXX, Nick Long, and No Love For The Middle Child, giving the song a raw, cross‑generational punch that stands apart from current mainstream rock and rap releases.

Durst delivers a peak‑energy performance, tapping into the same ferocity that defined Limp Bizkit’s early years.

The video’s visual identity was shaped by street artists Lugosis and Strato, who created a large‑scale mural in Berlin, while Slawn Olaolu designed the character face and jackets that appear throughout the clip, adding a graphic, DIY edge to the project.

MGK first teased Fix Ur Face during the European leg of the lost americana tour, later performing a snippet during his Australian run and sparking a wave of fan anticipation.

His connection with Durst goes back more than a decade, with the pair sharing stages multiple times — including mgk’s 2014 tour with Limp Bizkit.

The lost americana tour now heads back to the United States, kicking off again on May 15, with support from Wiz Khalifa.
