Piers Morgan: Susanna Reid wants to ‘kill’ me

Piers Morgan thinks Susanna Reid often "genuinely wants to kill" him.
The ‘Good Morning Britain’ presenter loves to annoy his co-host with his controversial opinions and knows just what to say to spark a reaction from the 49-year-old star.
He admitted: "We have moments where she genuinely wants to kill me.
"I know the buttons I could press to make her literally murder me."
Susanna admitted she has a "50/50 split" between love and hate when it comes to Piers and even after four years of working together, he’s annoying her more than ever these days.
Speaking in a joint interview with OK! magazine, she said: "I think he winds me up even more now. We still have rows off air.
"At the moment he is quite a wind up because he has a very, very strong view on the biggest story of the moment, Meghan Markle, and of course I take a very different view on her."
Despite their differences of opinion on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, they’d love to land an interview with the couple – who have recently stepped away from royal life – for the show, though Susanna insisted she’d handle the chat without her 52-year-old co-host.
She said: "Piers wouldn’t be invited. It is possible to say that you want to give someone a maternal hug without it meaning something else."
Despite their regular rows, the pair love working together.
Susanna said: "We are very honest and frank with each other and I trust him completely.
"If something isn’t right, we will discuss it in a very full and frank way."
Piers added: "You have to have that trust and you have to like and respect each other, otherwise it wouldn’t work…Susanna and I could both finish each other in five minutes, but we choose not to."
