Jason Manford turns agony uncle for new show

Jason Manford is set to become an agony uncle for a brand new show.
The stand-up star will host panel show ‘What Should I Do?’ as fellow celebrities join him to tackle audience members’ real life dilemmas and give them advice.
An insider told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre TV column: "Members of the public are plucked from the audience with a problem.
"Jason will talk it through in front of hundreds of guests and viewers at home before they are offered advice."
It’s said a pilot episode was filmed last month, with Channel 4 apparently "very interested" in snapping up the fresh idea.
Meanwhile, the 38-yea-old comedian was caught up in a "terrifying" 8-mile car chase last month when he was travelling back from a show on
Hayling Island, near Portsmouth, southern England.
He claims a man clocked the road and asked to borrow some jump leads, but when his driver said no and drove past the motorist proceeded to chase them.
Jason said: "He’s shouting out the window, ‘Why didn’t you have any jump leads?’ and ‘What are you doing here, on the island? This is my town’. I thought, ‘We’re going to wake up in a wicker man here’.
"He follows us, driving dangerously, undercutting us on the A3, getting in front and braking suddenly.
"He was coming up behind us, flashing us, beeping us, shouting, and swerving in the road in front of us. It was a bit terrifying."
Jason – who is soon to star in the BBC’s new sitcom ‘Scarborough’ – felt like he was in a Sir Alfred Hitchcock movie when he and his driver appeared to lose the guy, only for him to reappear again.
But they managed to lose him for good when they drove to Sutton Police Station in Surrey, south east England.
