Britney Spears announces new Las Vegas residency Domination

Britney Spears is set to return to Las Vegas with new residency show ‘Domination’ next year.
The ‘Toxic’ hitmaker recently teased she was set to make a huge announcement, and on Thursday (18.10.18) the pop megastar revealed her big news with a parade celebration via a livestream on Ellen DeGeneres’ YouTube channel from Toshiba Plaza in Sin City.
A huge carnival-style launch took place on the Vegas Strip – which was shut down for the event – with a light display and Britney’s hits played in the background in the lead up to the hotly-anticipated reveal.
The ‘Oops… I Did It Again’ hitmaker’s new show will be at the Park Theater at Park MGM – where Lady Gaga is also set to have her own residency – and will reportedly see the star rake in an impressive $507,000 per show, which would mean she would succeed Celine Dion as the highest-paid Vegas resident.
Sharing her excitement on Twitter, Britney wrote: "Excited to be returning to Vegas in February 2019 at the @ParkTheaterLV with a brand new show!!! Tickets go on sale Friday, October 26th, and fans on my mailing list will have access to an exclusive pre-sale at 10am PT tomorrow! #BritneyDomination http://Britney.lk/Domination (sic)"
The ‘Domination’ run kicks off on February 13, 2019, and currently wraps around August time.
Britney’s ‘Piece of Me’ shows at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, which launched in 2013, reportedly saw Britney – who has 13-year-old Sean and 12-year-old Jayden with ex-husband Kevin Federline – earn $137.7 million.
The ‘Slumber Party’ singer will bring her ‘Piece of Me Tour’ to a close on October 21 at the Circuit of the Americas in her hometown of Austin, Texas.
Tickets for ‘Domination’ go on sale on October 26.
