Lee Ryan reportedly urinated in his cell after being arrested for alleged drink driving and possession of drugs.
The Blue singer is said to have been held in a police cell yesterday (11.04.14) after being picked up by officers who spotted him driving erratically in west London.
According to The Sun newspaper, police also allegedly seized Class A drugs from the Range Rover when they arrested him at 5.30am, before taking him into custody after refusing to take a breath test.
He was locked up to let him calm down before questioning, but a source claimed he then urinated in the cell, leading him to be formally arrested again – this time for criminal damage.
A Met Police spokesman said: "Police stopped a car after officers witnessed it being driven erratically.
"The driver was arrested suspicion of drink driving and taken into custody.
"He was subsequently arrested on suspicion of drink driving and taken into custody."
The spokesman later confirmed he had been charged with criminal damage and failing to provide a specimen.
The star ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ star was released on bail after more than 12 hours in custody, and is expected to appear at Ealing Magistrates’ Court on May 2.
