Prince Charles looking for chef

Prince Charles and his wife Duchess Camilla have waited nearly six months for a chef.
The royal couple first went on the hunt for a sous chef in May but have been forced to keep advertising the position because they haven’t managed to find someone suitable for the role as of yet and are hoping someone will crop up before the end of the week.
The closing date for the position is tomorrow (13.10.17) but the pair have a strict criteria when it comes to who can apply for the role, as they want someone who will serve them organic food only and will accompany them when they travel on their royal duties.
According to the advert on the Clarence House website, the successful candidate will work 40 hours a week and will work across various kitchens in the royal UK residences.
The advert says: "We are looking for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen team, working within The Household of HRH The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall.
"The Sous Chef will be responsible for the planning, preparation and delivery of the highest standard of food, for private dining, staff meals, receptions and other events.
"Those applying should be passionate about the quality of the food you provide, including its origins and sustainability. Applicants must have demonstrable experience of working as a sous chef in a private house or in premier catering, or equivalent.
"They will have a City and Guilds Catering qualification, or equivalent, with an understanding, or working knowledge, of organic food.
"A flexible and adaptable approach is essential, as are excellent communication skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure."
The salary for the position is not known.
