Katy Perry performed Witness’ debut single ‘Chained to the Rhythm’ at the BRIT Awards back in February where she took to the stage with people dressed up as giant houses as props.
And as we remember the poor little house person that broke the chain after it fell off the stage during the performance, Katy has explained the track has a break-free meaning of its own.
She said: "’Chained to the Rhythm’ is the mind, you know, so it’s kind of like I’m having a mental liberation, or I’m having a sexual liberation, or I’m having a liberation from all the negative things that don’t serve me."
