Prince Harry’s ex-girlfriend thinks his new lover Meghan Markle is "amazing and beautiful."
The 32-year-old royal was no doubt in for a shock when he realised his past partner Camilla Thurlow was taking part in the current series of ‘Love Island’ but he has no need to fear as the blonde beauty has nothing but kind words to say about the prince and his new girlfriend.
She said: "I think she’s [Meghan is] amazing and beautiful. She does lots of humanitarian work too. What’s not to like?"
And, although bosses of the reality TV show were hoping the beauty queen – who dated the flame-haired hunk "several years ago" – would spill the beans on the royal family, she’s adamant she won’t be getting too loose-lipped on camera as she has a policy in place about exes.
Speaking to Now magazine, she said: "Being realistic I probably can’t get away without talking about it in the house. I have a policy of never speaking on behalf of an ex."
Harry has been romancing Meghan for just under a year now but it looks like their relationship is going from strength-to-strength as it’s believed the pair have been discussing a child.
A source said: "Having a baby with Meghan is all that Harry talks about at the moment – he can’t wait to be a dad."
But Prince Harry is reportedly cautious of popping the question and proposing to Meghan too quickly, after watching his own parents Prince Charles and Princess Diana go through divorce.
Another insider said: "Coming from divorced parents himself, Harry is adamant that when he marries, he will marry forever – plus, of course, there’s his status to consider.
"Harry is very conscious of his position in the royal family, he takes his duties very seriously, and he has no desire to cause any type of scandal, so he’s not going to rush into anything – they haven’t even been dating for a full year yet!"
