Prince William wants to do the London Marathon.
The 34-year-old royal campaigned to get this year’s marathon dubbed the mental health marathon after he joined forces with his wife Duchess Catherine and brother Prince Harry, and the Duke of Cambridge has admitted he wants to compete in the charity run, although he has revealed he is not permitted to because of policing issues.
Speaking to GQ magazine, he said: "Getting the London Marathon as the mental health marathon that was a big thing and I hope we are reaching a tipping point.
"I would love to but from the policing point of view, they tested it and they were like ‘what?’ I am keen to do a marathon but it won’t be in London."
