Katie Price’s creation of the Jordan character has seen her go from being a run-of-the-mill glamour model in lad’s magazines, to one of the richest people on British television.
And while critics continue to debate the right and wrongs of how she has acquired her eye-watering personal fortune, there can be no doubting Katie’s business acumen.
To put her success in perspective, the 38-year-old star – who adopted the name Jordan in 1996, before undergoing breast enhancement surgery – doesn’t even think she’s especially attractive.
"I don’t think I’m beautiful. I just think I can scrub up OK," she’s previously admitted. In which case, she’s much smarter than most people think.
