Prince William, Prince Harry, and Duchess Catherine race for charity

Prince William, Prince Harry, and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, have taken part in a relay race for charity.
The royal trio went head to head in the first 50 metres of a relay race set up by their charity campaign Heads Together – which aims to end the stigma surrounding mental health – when they visited the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in East London on Sunday (05.02.17).
According to the Daily Express newspaper, 34-year-old Prince William joked that he had a hamstring injury shortly before the race began, but still managed to come in second place behind his younger brother Prince Harry, 32.
Duchess Catherine, 35, may have come in third place but there were no hard feelings as she hugged her husband William – with whom she shares three-year-old Prince George and 21-month-old Princess Charlotte – at the finish line.
The event was being held by the charity to support those training for the upcoming London Marathon, for which Heads Together is the Charity of the Year.
Previously, the campaign said it believes the honour is the "perfect springboard" to take them closer to their goal of changing the way mental health is discussed in national conversation.
Writing on their website, the charity said: "Being the 2017 Virgin Money London Marathon Charity of the Year is the perfect springboard for the Heads Together campaign.
"We cannot wait to see hundreds of runners hitting the streets of London in April to end the stigma and change the conversation on mental health once and for all."
This year’s London Marathon will take place on April 23 2017.
