The 57-year-old star – who rose to prominence in the American sitcom as the character Karen Walker from 1998 to 2006 – joins Bryan Cranston and James Franco, 37 for the romantic comedy.
And wasn’t afraid to put on a busty display in the revealing dress as she walked the red carpet at the Regency Bruin Theater in Los Angeles.
