Meghan Markle received death threats for her role in Suits

Meghan Markle received death threats for her role in ‘Suits’.
The 35-year-old actress has admitted people wanted to "kill" her after her role as Rachel Zane in the popular American series cheated on her on-screen boyfriend Mike, and has revealed the tirade was very "unpleasant" for her.
Speaking to Piers Morgan in The Mail On Sunday’s Event magazine supplement, the brunette beauty – who is rumoured to be dating Prince Harry – said: "People wanted to kill me! Not Rachel… ME. I never knew there were so many emojis with guns and knives. It was very unpleasant. Fortunately, Rachel got back on her pedestal and it stopped."
And the star has revealed she stands by artist Georgia O’Keeffe’s motto about criticism, which "resonates" strongly with her.
She explained: "There’s a great quote from the artist Georgia O’Keeffe that resonates with me: ‘I have already settled it for myself so flattery and criticism go down the same drain, and I am quite free."
And Meghan has revealed prior to her role in ‘Suits’ she was a "briefcase girl" on the American version of ‘Deal or No Deal’.
When asked about her most embarrassing moment in her career, she said: "Oh god, I was one of the briefcase girls on ‘Deal or No Deal [The US version]."
The star has revealed she used to be the person standing behind box number 24, which would never get opened, which she found annoying because she just wanted to "sit down again".
She said: "I’d stand there for hours in very cheap, very high heels, waiting for someone to pick me so I could sit down again, and it hardly ever happened."
Although Meghan has revealed she cringes at the thought of her past, she has revealed she had no other choice but to accept the stint on the show to afford her rent.
She explained: "I cringe when I think about it now, but it paid the rent."
