Liam Gallagher might ‘f*** off forever’ if his solo LP flops

Liam Gallagher says he might "f*** off forever" if his solo album doesn’t do well.
The 43-year-old rocker recently landed a major deal with Warner Bros UK to release a record in 2017, and when quizzed on whether he would like to get back together with Oasis, the band’s former frontman said he would like to see it happen because aside from making his own record he has nothing else on his schedule.
However, if his own album is a flop commercially, the former Beady Eye frontman says he may call time on his music career altogether, but if it is a success he will hit the studio to make another one.
Asked if there is a chance of him reforming Oasis with his bitter rival and brother Noel, 49 – who walked out on the group following a massive bust-up with Liam on stage in August 2009 – he said: "As long as you’re still breathing there’s always a chance. Obviously I’d like to do it ‘Cos there’s a f*** all else to do. In the meantime a solo record will have to do.
"I’ve done the Beady Eye thing and that didn’t come off and I thought maybe I’ll just have a break, but I wrote these songs, and I thought, what else can I do? This album if it does well we crack on and do another one.
"If it doesn’t [laughs] I don’t know what I’ll do. I probably will f*** off forever but we’ll see."
The ‘Live Forever’ singer was speaking in promotion of the forthcoming Oasis documentary, ‘Supersonic’, and said watching it back was "emotional" and he was glad it showed the funny side of his long-running feud with Noel.
In an interview with the Metro newspaper, he admitted: "A few bits were emotional, nothing I can’t handle. I’m glad they got the funny side out of it – a lot of people think we take ourselves seriously, but the other side of it can go to hell."
