Madonna and Guy Ritchie finalised their divorce in 2008 and filed "irreconcilable differences".
The ‘Like A Virgin’ hitmaker – who married the filmmaker in 2000 and have children Lourdes, Rocco, Mercy, David together – decided to go their separate ways eight years ago.
Meanwhile, the former couple have reportedly settled their custody battle over their 16-year-old son.
The ‘Living For Love’ hitmaker and ‘The Man from U.N.C.L.E.’ star were expected in court earlier this year to thrash things out but they are said to have now informed the judge that they have come to an agreement regarding their son, according to TMZ.
The settlement is being kept confidential but it is thought that Rocco will stay with Guy in London for school and Madonna will be able to see her son regularly throughout the year.
