Rihanna breaks down in tears at Dublin concert

Rihanna burst into tears on stage at Dublin’s Aviva Stadium on Tuesday (21.06.16) after arriving 30 minutes late to her concert.
The R&B superstar was performing the opening night of the European leg of her ‘Anti World Tour’ in the Irish capital, where she was expected to come on stage at 8.45pm however she did not appear until 9.15pm.
The 28-year-old singer gave no explanation for her late arrival and jumped straight into her 25-song set with a teary-eyed performance of ‘Stay’.
Moments later tears fell down the Bajan beauty’s face as she sung her Eminem collaboration, ‘Love the Way You Lie (Part II)’.
Rihanna’s emotional performance had concerned fans take to social media worried for the star’s health and wellbeing.
However, once the song finished Rihanna composed herself, wiped her eyes and proceed to play songs from ‘Anti’, as well as, fan favourites such as ‘Umbrella’ and ‘Rude Boy’.
Rihanna then spoke to the audience for the first time complimenting them on their singing.
She told the crowd: "I only have ever in my life heard an audience of people scream so loud that they sound like one voice and that only happens in Ireland, in Dublin. Thank you so much."
Towards the end of her set the ‘Work’ hitmaker said she wanted to play some mores songs from her sixth studio album, which she called her "favourite joint".
She said: "I wanna do a few more songs from my ‘Anti’ album. From my favourite joint."
