Frozen’s Let It Go is UK’s favourite Disney song

Frozen’s ‘Let It Go’ has been named the UK’s favourite Disney song.
The popular tune, which Idina Menzel sings as Snow Queen Elsa in the hit movie, has beaten off strong competition from the likes of fellow ‘Frozen’ favourites ‘Frozen Heart’ and ‘Do You Want to Build A Snowman?’ as well as the Lion King’s ‘Circle of Life’, which were second, third and fourth.
This is according to data from digital entertainment service DisneyLife’s app, which also revealed ‘The Lion King’ is the UK’s favourite Disney movie, followed by ‘The Little Mermaid’ and ‘Beauty and the Beast’.
Despite Frozen’s dominance in the song category, the 2013 computer-animated fantasy film was nowhere to be seen in the favourite movie section.
Others Disney films adored by the UK public include ‘Finding Nemo’, ‘The Jungle Book’ and ‘Peter Pan’.
However, ‘Frozen’ did reclaim top spot in a different category, with DisneyLife app users reading ‘Frozen Junior Novel’ and ‘Frozen Movie Storybook’ more than any other Disney books.
This was followed by two ‘Disney Princess’ entries, ‘A Pet for a Princess’ and ‘Princesses Through the Seasons’.
What’s more, ‘Jessie’ ranks as the UK’s favourite Disney Channel TV box set, followed by ‘Mickey Mouse Clubhouse’ and ‘Hannah Montana’.
