Kelly Osbourne accentuated her lips with lashings of lipstick while out in New York on Monday (27.04.15). The star flaunted her enviable curves in a monochrome patterned top and black trousers at the AAFA American Image Awards, but it was her rouged mouth which added colour to the look.
