Hilary Duff debuted her newly dyed bright blue locks during a trip to the recording studio on Wednesday (18.03.15). The 27-year-old singer and actress seems to have taken inspiration from Kylie Jenner who has similarly coloured hair, although it was a shock for fans of the star as she is so well known for her blonde waves.
