Zara Holland thinks Love Island romp will ‘haunt’ her

Zara Holland thinks her racy romp in the ‘Love Island’ villa last year will "haunt" her for the rest of her career.
The 21-year-old beauty was stripped of her Miss Great Britain title just days after she was caught on camera having a steamy sex session with Alex Bowen and has now warned the contestants of this year’s series not to do the deed in front of the cameras because it could spell the end of their showbiz careers.
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, she said: "If I had my time on the show again I would definitely do things differently. I wouldn’t have sex for a start.
"It’s so hypocritical that everyone around me was at it like rabbits but I was the one who lost everything. And I only had sex once, in a private room, under the covers. I regret it. So my advice to this year’s islanders is think before you do it. It could haunt you for the rest of your career."
The blonde beauty thinks the television executives are to blame for the repercussions she experienced after the show as they shouldn’t have broadcast their naughty antics to the nation as they were in private.
She explained: "They shouldn’t be allowed to do it. Or a couple should have been coupled-up for at least two weeks before they are allowed to have sex and it should be in private."
Meanwhile, Zara has admitted she’s been left scarred by her time on the show and is adamant she’d never do reality television again unless it will benefit or catapult her career in someway.
She said recently: "I’m focusing on fashion and my shops. No more reality TV for me!"
Although she doesn’t want to do anymore reality TV, the model’s hanky panky certainly hasn’t tarnished her small screen career as she’s signed on to star in two new TV shows.
She said at the time: "I’m a really busy girl at the moment and I feel really lucky for the opportunities that I’ve got, had and that are coming up … I can’t say what but I have signed for two shows."
